Buyer/Seller Protection
To be covered by our Buyer Protection, the transactions must be completed using reCREATE MRKT platforms, either inside the app or on the website. Report any issues to us within 60 days.
All purchases made in-app and/or on the reCREATE website, are covered by Buyer Protection and you'll receive a full refund if your item doesn't arrive or it's significantly not at described.
The following aren't covered by Buyer Protection:
- Purchases made outside of the ReCREATE platform
- Meet in person transactions
- Items that are as described but not as expected
- Your item arrived later than expected
- You change your mind on your purchase
Refunds
Are arranged between purchaser and seller. Sellers arrange their own return policy. Private sellers are not required by law to offer refunds.
Contact the seller directly and ask them for a refund if necessary.
If return is agreed upon, make sure you ship your item using only tracked package.
Refund will only be issued once item is received back by the seller
If your purchased item is not as described you can open a dispute with PayPal.
As you know, PayPal is a trusted platform that we use, to always ensure your money is safe and your transactions are protected.
As stated previously, the option ‘meet in person’ is not covered, as neither we or PayPal are able to verify any shipping details.
