Depending on where you are located delivery specifications may change. Expect an update after your order has been processed and is ready to ship. Drop-off /Pick-up is possible for locations up to 100 KM outside of Toronto.
Refund Policy
We operate as a non-profit corporation this means that we are not able to issue monetary refunds at this time. As we carry limited sizing in each design, costumes are final sale. We are happy to donate your costume to a program in lieu of a return.
